I have been practicing different styles of martial arts since 1980 and achieved a second dan black belt. This led me to Yoga to improve my flexibility and focus in 1999.

Since that time I have concentrated on Yoga and completed an extended teacher training course at The Centre OM under Wendy Samek, based on the Iyengar teachings. Initially training for my own development, I now love to share my love of Yoga to others.

I have been teaching the Sunrise class on Thursday mornings for several years.

I believe that Yoga is for everybody and take that philosophy into my teaching giving options to help people feel the benefits of their postures. This I think is a metaphor for life and helps bring the Yoga into yoga asana. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
