Our classes are grounded in the Iyengar method, where postures are taught with attention to alignment, sequencing, and understanding.
Each class builds progressively, supporting strength, stability, and clarity in both body and mind.
The use of props allows the practice to be adapted to suit the individual, making it accessible at every stage.
INTRODUCTORY COURSE
A structured and supportive introduction to yoga.
These courses are designed to give you a clear foundation in the practice. You will learn the essential actions of standing poses, forward bends, and simple inversions, with guidance on how to use props to support your body.
There is time to pause, ask questions, and understand the “why” behind what you are doing, rather than simply following along.
This course is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or wanting to build confidence before joining other classes.
BEGINNER CLASS
A steady and accessible entry into ongoing practice.
These classes continue to build on the foundations of yoga, introducing a wider range of postures including the introduction to Inversions while maintaining a supportive and approachable pace.
You will develop strength, mobility, and awareness, with clear guidance and the use of props to help you understand each action.
Suitable for those new to yoga, as well as those wanting a slower and more supported class to build confidence and consistency.
GENERAL CLASS
A steady and progressive practice for all levels.
These classes develop strength, flexibility, and awareness through a balanced sequence of postures, including standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions.
Options and variations are offered so that each student can work at an appropriate level, while still being challenged and supported.
Over time, the practice becomes more refined, building both physical capacity and deeper understanding.
LED PRACTICE
A more independent and inward-facing class.
In Led Practice, you will be guided into a sequence and then continue with less instruction. This creates space to observe your own practice more closely and develop a sense of timing, rhythm, and self-reliance.
The teacher remains present to support and guide when needed, but the emphasis shifts towards your own awareness and continuity in practice.
This class is best suited to students with an established foundation who are familiar with key postures, including backbends and inversions.
PRENATAL YOGA
A supportive practice during pregnancy.
Classes are adapted to each stage of pregnancy, with a focus on creating space in the body, maintaining gentle strength, and supporting breath awareness.
The practice helps to reduce tension, improve circulation, and offer a sense of steadiness during a time of change.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
SUNRISE CLASS
A steady start to the day.
This early morning class is designed to awaken the body and bring clarity to the mind. The practice is simple, direct, and energising without being overwhelming.
Over time, it helps establish consistency and rhythm in practice, setting the tone for the day ahead. All levels welcome.
WORKSHOPS & INTENSIVES
Longer sessions that allow for deeper exploration.
These classes provide time to stay with particular actions, explore specific themes, and develop a more detailed understanding of the practice.
Suitable for students who want to deepen their experience and spend longer in a guided environment
PRIVATE CLASS
One on One tuition.
Helpful after surgery, illness or a long repetitive injury, anxiety and depression.
