UKARIA TWIN PEAKS 4 DAY YOGA RETREAT

Twin Peaks – a newly refurbished house and cottage – sits aloft the Mt Barker Summit, a place where the gatherings, rituals and songs of the Peramangk people have been heard for many centuries. Nothing disturbs the tranquility; one gets the impression it has been like this for thousands of years.

A beautiful place to come and immerse yourself in a yoga retreat. With daily pranayama and asana practice you can delve deeper into the experience of what yoga can offer you. Yummy healthy vegetarian food and time to just be and relax.

You can go for lovely walks up to the Mt Barker summit and enjoy the lovely views.

$1,250 includes a Queen bed single room, all your food and 3 yoga sessions per day.

TARA HILLS WINTER 5 DAY YOGA RETREAT

Includes 3 yoga classes, vegetarian meals (dietary requirements catered for) and an idyllic setting near Nairne in the Adelaide Hills.

Yoga retreats are a chance to work more deeply on your practice. They are usually longer than regular classes so you have time to explore postures in more detail and focus on specific teaching points.

This yoga retreat involves standing, balancing, forward and backward asana practice, as well as restorative and pranayama.

You will deepen your understanding of the practice and poses, plus gain the benefits of how a daily practice can bring by increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. You will also have an element of deep relaxation and learning some breathing techniques.

This retreat is open to students of all levels with a min 6 months of yoga practice.
